Excellent service

I recently hired Bay Property Management for my condo in Back Bay and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they rented my home. Their communication has been great which is hard to find with any company in the service industry these days. Its been a great experience so far!

I am a newer landlord and decided to manage my property on my own which was not a smart idea. My tenant was consistently paying rent late and giving me the run around. When I started pressuring the tenant to pay on time they started asking for repairs that were unwarranted and calling me at night to spite me. I decided to hire BPMG and they got my property into compliance (I was unaware of the laws) and got the tenant to start paying rent earlier in the month. Needless to say I am very happy that I no longer have to deal with this tenant and kudos to BPMG.

A little over a year ago my wife and I got relocated out of state for work but still owned our home in Boston. There were many different scenarios we worked through on whether we'd try and rent out our house or just sell. Found Bay Management through a quick Google search and talked it through my options with them. They were super helpful in laying out the choices and, in the end, decided to hold onto the property and rent through Bay Management. In the end, living out of state has had some challenges but renting our home with Bay Management has made things so much easier. The rent money is deposited on time and my dedicated property manager is always available for myself or the tenants on any of our needs. I don't leave reviews often but felt it necessary to let the public know about my great experience! Highly recommend and can't imagine doing this without their support and guidance! A+++
